【摘要】:Thisstandardshallproviderequirementsfortheprotectionofproperty,operators,performers,supportpersonnel,andtheviewingaudienceswherepyrotechniceffectsareusedindoorsoroutdoorswithaproximateaudience.Thepurposeofthisstandardshallbetoprovideminimumrequirementstotheoperatorsandmanufacturersforthesafeoperationofpyrotechniceffects.1.1.1*Thisstandardshallapplytotheuseofpyrotechnicsintheperformingartsinconjunctionwiththeatrical,musical,orsimilarproductionsbeforeaproximateaudience,performers,orsupportpersonnel.1.1.2Thisstandardshallapplytotheperformancespecifications,instructions,notifications,andlabelingbythemanufacturerofpyrotechnicsmaterials,devices,equipment,andsupplies.1.1.3Thisstandardshallapplytoanyindooruseofpyrotechnics.1.1.4ThisstandardshallapplytoanyoutdooruseofpyrotechnicsatdistanceslessthanthoserequiredbyNFPA1123,CodeforFireworksDisplay.TheuseofpyrotechnicsbeforeaproximateaudienceshallnotbeconstruedasadisplayoffireworksasregulatedbyNFPA1123.Exception:AnyuseofaerialshellsasregulatedbyNFPA1123,CodeforFireworksDisplay,shallcomplywiththeprovisionsofthatcode.1.1.5Thisstandardshallapplytothevideotaping,audiotaping,orfilmingofanytelevision,radio,ormovieproductiononlywheresuchproductiontakesplacebeforeaproximateaudienceandincludestheuseofpyrotechnics.1.1.6Thisstandardshallapplytotherehearsalofanyproductioninwhichpyrotechnicsareused.1.1.7*Thisstandardshallnotapplytothemanufacture,transportation,orstorageoffireworksatamanufacturingfacility.1.1.8Thisstandardshallnotapplytotheuseofconsumerfireworksbythegeneralpublic.1.1.9*Thisstandardshallnotapplytothemanufacture,transportation,storage,anduseofexplosives.1.1.10Thisstandardshallnotapplytothetransportation,handling,oruseofpyrotechnicsbytheArmedForcesoftheUnitedStatesofAmerica.1.1.11ThisstandardshallnotapplytothetransportationofpyrotechnicmaterialsanddevicesapprovedandgovernedbyU.S.DepartmentofTransportationregulations.1.1.12*Thisstandardshallnotapplytotheuseofpyrotechnicsintrainingbythefireservice,lawenforcement,orsimilargovernmentagencies.Exception:Thisstandardshallapplywherethereisaproximateaudiencethatisnotpartofthelivefiretrainingevolution.1.1.13FacilitiesinoratwhichpyrotechnicsaretobeusedorstoredshallcomplywiththeapplicableprovisionsofNFPA101r,LifeSafetyCoder.PyrotechnicsshallbepermittedtobeusedinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofNFPA101,13.7.2,whereapprovedbytheauthorityhavingjurisdiction.1.1.14*Thisstandardshallnotapplytotheuseofflammableliquidsandflammablegasesintheperformingarts.1.1.15ThisstandardshallnotapplytothemanufactureofmodelrocketandhighpowerrocketmotorsascoveredinNFPA1125,CodefortheManufactureofModelRocketandHighPowerRocketMotors.1.1.16*Thisstandardshallnotapplytothedesign,construction,limitationofpropellantmassandpower,andreliabilityofallrocketmotors,otherthanfireworksrockets,producedcommerciallyforsaletoorusebythepublicforpurposesofeducation,recreation,andsportingcompetition.1.1.17ThisstandardshallnotapplytothesaleanduseofmodelrocketsandmodelrocketmotorsusedinconformancewithNFPA1122,CodeforModelRocketry.1.1.18ThisstandardshallnotapplytothesaleanduseofhighpowersportrocketsandhighpowersportrocketmotorsusedinconformancewithNFPA1127,CodeforHighPowerRocketry.
