【摘要】:ThispartofISO3951specifiesanacceptancesamplingsystemofsinglesamplingplansforinspectionbyvariables,inwhichtheacceptabilityofalotisimplicitlydeterminedfromanestimateofthepercentageofnonconformingitemsintheprocess,basedonarandomsampleofitemsfromthelot.ThispartofISO3951isprimarilydesignedforapplicationunderthefollowingconditions:a)wheretheinspectionprocedureistobeappliedtoacontinuingseriesoflotsofdiscreteproductsallsuppliedbyoneproducerusingoneproductionprocess;b)whereonlyasinglequalitycharacteristicxoftheseproductsistakenintoconsideration,whichmustbemeasurableonacontinuousscale;c)wherethemeasurementerrorisnegligible,i.e.withastandarddeviationnomorethan10%oftheprocessstandarddeviation;d)whereproductionisstable(understatisticalcontrol)andthequalitycharacteristicxisdistributedaccordingtoanormaldistributionoracloseapproximationtothenormaldistribution;e)whereacontractorstandarddefinesanupperspecificationlimitU,alowerspecificationlimitL,orboth;anitemisqualifiedasconformingifandonlyifitsmeasuredqualitycharacteristicxsatisfiestheappropriateoneofthefollowinginequalities:1)x≥L(i.e.thelowerspecificationlimitisnotviolated);2)x≤U(i.e.theupperspecificationlimitisnotviolated);3)x≥Landx≤U(i.e.neitherthelowernortheupperspecificationlimitisviolated).Inequalities1)and2)arecalledcaseswithasinglespecificationlimit,and3)acasewithdoublespecificationlimits.Ifdoublespecificationlimitsapply,itisassumedinthispartofISO3951thatconformancetobothspecificationlimitsisequallyimportanttotheintegrityoftheproduct;insuchcasesitisappropriatetoapplyasingleAQLtothecombinedpercentageofproductoutsidethetwospecificationlimits.Thisisreferredtoascombinedcontrol.
