【摘要】:ThispartofISO10303specifiestheresourceconstructsforthematerialpropertiesofaproductandforthecharacterizationofanumericaldatavalueastoitsuncertaintyandreliability.ThefollowingarewithinthescopeofthispartofISO10303:—associationofamaterialpropertywithaproduct;—specificationofthecompositionofaproductintermsoftheamountandtypeofitsconstituents;—specificationofthesetofqualitativeandquantitativeconditionsunderwhichamaterialpropertyisvalid;—characterizationofanumericaldatavalueastoitsuncertaintyandreliability;—specificationoftherepresentationofamaterialproperty,includingpropertiesthataremeasuredorassigned;—thematerialpropertiesofthesurfaceofaproduct,includingcoatings.NOTE-ThispartofISO10303maybeusedtodescribethematerialpropertiesofafirststageproduct,suchascastingot;anintermediateproduct,suchasatubeorsheet;orafinalstageproductrequiringnofurtherprocessing,suchasapartpressedfromasheet.ThefollowingareoutsidethescopeofthispartofISO10303:—thecombinationandtransformationofmaterialpropertyvalues;EXAMPLE1-Adesignvalueisdeterminedbystatisticalanalysisofalargenumberoftestresultswhosevalueshavebeencombinedtogether.ThispartofISO10303providesfortherepresentationofthetestresultsandfortherepresentationoftheircombinationbutdoesnotaddresstheprocessofcombination.—theuseofmaterialpropertiesintheanalysisofproductbehaviour;EXAMPLE2-Individualpropertyvaluesmaybecombinedintomatricesofcoefficientsforuseinanalysismodels.—thedetailedgeometryofthesurfacemodificationorsurfacefinishofaproduct.
